Ty the same with me i always a work in process . Some of the articles i get irritated because some of the training it seems is coming from and for people that first are juiced and some of the training is just that... something to read and move on to the next article.

Hahahaha sounds good!!! I am a strength athlete and i do strong man events i pull cars trucks , limos, anything big and sitting cold . I do agree training that is based on the mother stable lifts is always a gainer in anything you do!!

I like to add to that is gains from IGF are slower to come consider everything else you do is right. so you must be patient !! IGF helps in bringing the new muscle where your gear help grow what is already there and of course if you have a few years under your belt on training and few cycles...
Good thinking there... I would recommend everyday for 4 weeks i don't buy EOD or any other cycles . You are doing low dose so your body will take it as a boost rather than overdose. I am a believer on squeeze the most out of everything you do , but you must work hard don't wait for the stuff...
Never had a great luck with fat burners ! don't use them at all i eat good and workout and i may add some cardio depending on what stage of the game i am in!! Always works never failed me plus have more money to spent !!!!
