You know if you had a good deep tissue massage of muscle fascia done cause is unpleasant ..and it supposed to feel that way .. i assume you have good size on ya!! a lot of therapist are not trained to do fascia stretching.
I keep stretching only for the purpose of stay flexible Deep tissue massages and fascia work is what keeps the muscles growing allowing more nutrients to be available and takes care of the waste . Also keeps the joints healthy !!
When you carry more muscle is a lot harder to stretch that is why fascia stretching is important .. seeing no muscle people stretching .... having a lot of muscle bulk makes those stretches hard to do ..
Not much to learn!! What i like to know why all these people on the videos have no triceps muscle shown me how to stretch... I want to see people like me and others with triceps muscles how to damn stretch not someone that don't even know what it feels like have big triceps !!!!
It made 2 good points have to have the genetics to begin with a lot of people are out of balance too big for the upper and no lower body or the reverse . The other point is steroids , well unless you have the physique steroids wont build it for ya!!
