    I dont know if this might help?But as for "myself"the way i feel in the morning has alot to do with what i got instore for the day(training/work/ect.)and what i eat before bed,like if i do a casien shake with fats im not as peppy as if i eat a whole food meal before bed(turkey/cheese/nuts)

    I just get to where i want to be(weight not much so,but strenght/leanness,wellbeing)about where im at now and just stay motivated eat the same making adjustments when needed(less/more cals)continue training intense and let everything do its job.

    I usally eat 3serv(25g cho each)for my post shake,i take a calcium citrate supp to digest fruit more to glucose then frutose,but any cho will actually work(wheat,rice,potatoes)i like the fruit they got vitamins(taste good)and are easy to take if i go to gym.

    Thanks,it does(anything will).I can deal with the yogurt/cottage cheese but not at every meal.Carbs are going to be alittle rough,only eat fruit around w/o's and don't think i can eat pasta to much(chewing)but the squash will work along with cooked to death carrots.

    Actually sounds pretty close(there only ballpark/so is are advice)best way is to get a ball park figure try it for a week or two,two being a better option see how you feel(energy/strengh ect)and weight/measure.Then adjust from there.

    Depends on goals=fat loss useless cals,no value/gaining still useless cals but tastes good.Better then table sugar.I myself just use fake butter spray,cinn powder and there sweet enough for me sometimes use waldens farms no cal marshmellow spread.
