Adding some cardio will help recomp and get rid of the fat. It’s not going anywhere without it. The test will preserve your muscle mass. Also a bit more sleep will help dramatically.
Looking forward to the fasted cardio. I have been recently starting 30 second sprints with 30 seconds at 60% upon waking for cardio. I hate 5 am workouts but this is where they fit in.
@HIT4ME wanted to give you an update and for all. My Dr would not do another thyroid test. So I switched dr at kaiser. Met with him on Friday. He put me on 25mcg synthroid in 60 days will retest to see my levels.
