    Are you taking it 15/20 min before a meal or just randomly throughout the day? Full dose on empty stomach may cause some of what your feeling if your not eating after I do take 1 prior to working out and 1 prior to bed without issues

    Agree I have run two of their products at one time and no skin irritation at all. I would think 3 would be fine also. As said above just use different locations to make sure your not over saturating one area
