what helped me get over that stand still was adding close grip and doing chest twice a week Monday and Thursday
Monday being reps of fives and Thursday being reps of threes also negative if you have a good spotter i have gained about 70lbs on my bench from august til now so i believe it works
I would rather be single anyways gives me a reason to be in the gym and not at home and you can do whatever you want whenever you want just bust your ass at the gym and the ladies well come

No just never used it didn't know how long or how much to take my buddy just mentioned it to me because my lifts are getting good but my joint really bother me til now especially in my wrist
