Whats new in the supplement game ???

highest studied nitrate content in beetroot is 4500mg in 1 KILOGRAM of material. Invalid Link Removed Active MINIMUM dose is 400mg (most take much higher doses). So in order to achieve the MINIMUM dosing, you'd have to consume upwards of 100g of beetroot.

Whats new in the supplement game ???

Is this post in jest...or serious? beetroot powder contains next to 0 nitrates. Any company claiming nitrate benefits from beetroot powder raw materials is full on lying. beef protein isolate has the amino acid composition of construction yard diarrhea and should never be purchased, ever...

I wouldn't bother either, but there is data showing benefits from ashwagandha (we need an abbreviation for this damn word) plant material. not optimized benefits, but still some good things.

Whats new in the supplement game ???

for $3, I wouldn't say you got screwed. It's not like it's going to hurt you and will give SOME benefit...albeit not much. This is one of the reasons I'm wary of companies who don't list specific extract information on their ingredients. It's very common for companies to list ingredients like...

Whats new in the supplement game ???

it won't hurt, but theres absolutely zero way of knowing what actives are actually in there. That said, based on the name "root powder" it would appear to me that this is just literally ground root powder. It's not an extract, which means actual effective doses are going to be very, very high.

Whats new in the supplement game ???

No "must have"...favorites below Creatine monohydrate (HCl is fine but it needs to be dosed the same as mono until proven otherwise, which makes it a poor choice price wise) LCLT Citrulline (Cit malate is fine but dosing needs to be adjusted to account for the "undesirable" malic acid)...

Whats new in the supplement game ???

There are a ton of horribly non-compliant labels out there. This is again due to poor enforcement. The standardization listing requirements should be far more detailed.

Whats new in the supplement game ???

OK first of all lets get one thing straight here, I'm not fighting with you nor disagreeing on your basic points. Again, I agree that all this stuff should be legal, and I also agree that the govt is absolutely terrible at policing this industry. It's a joke. That said, in 2009 BB.com, GNC...

Whats new in the supplement game ???

It's illegal to be sold as a dietary ingredient due to DSHEA. Do I agree with this? Hell no. I think people should be able to buy and smoke crack if they want to (I mean this seriously). But you're saying that if the govt says it's illegal then it's illegal...and the govt in fact already...

    WG Nutrition Thermo-7

other than the less than ideal LCLT dosing, this product looks to be dosed very nicely.

Apparently Eradicate E, all Arimastane is banned?

Yes and no. Congress passed DSHEA and gave the FDA the authority to enforce it. If someone wants to argue that DSHEA does include something like Arimistane they'd have to go to court to prove why it should.

    Osta plex - a sarm?!

I I ran it at 300mg for 4 weeks and 400mg for 3 weeks when using the HTP 1-Testosterone and I really enjoyed it. I have a pretty good history with "stronger" stuff, so I was surprised I had the results I did with it.

Whats new in the supplement game ???

I could justify putting KSM-66 in just about every single product available on the market today. I'm a HUGE fan of the ingredient...but when it's dosed appropriately.

Whats new in the supplement game ???

again, if it works for you and you enjoy it...rock on, keep using it. All I am saying is that to ME, it looks like the supposed benefits people are experiencing are a result of a few select ingredients within in the forumula (stims and GBB) which can be purchased for pennies on the dollar...

Whats new in the supplement game ???

I'm not looking to argue. I'm looking to understand why people are saying "omg look at this amazing product!" when the available data out there directly refutes it. You were also the person who guaranteed that "nothing in the formula is underdosed". So you don't have access to the clinical...
