saliva tests are not very reliable.
there is no such thing as "adrenal fatigue"
if you have a hormonal imbalance discuss appropriate treatment options with your doctor.
I don't foresee great things for the supplement industry outside of a small portion of the already established/large companies. I have a wife and 3 kids to take care of, and thought it was in our best interest to move to a new industry and start fresh.
ARA is sold in either 10% or 40% purity like you mentioned. The powdered version is 10%, while the oil/liquid version is 40%. Their label lists it as 40% from what I can see.
OK I see we're going to have the typical "it's a research chem so it's not illegal" argument.
The product page CLEARLY indicates it's for human use. This stuff IS illegal as a result. It will carry a CIII charge for sellers (I specify sellers here, not buyers for a reason)
No, I don't think this will impact literally anything. The FDA has to give the stuff back, but nothing changes in the dietary supplement world.
NOTHING changes until the 11th circuit makes its decision. Then there will be an appeal from either side. Once that happens, it will force either the...
Yes and no. The FDA went through the appropriate channels to have ephedrine banned, while for DMAA they have not. That has been one of HTP's main arguments since the start...if you want to ban it, do so appropriately. If not, leave us alone
I disagree. They have no correlation whatsoever.
This ruling is ONLY about the fact that the FDA is not allowed to seize stuff like this and just hold it indefinitely. This has absolutely nothing to do with DMAAs DSHEA compliance.
it won't impact the 11th circuits decision. This has nothing to do with DMAA's legality as a supplement, and everything to do with how the FDA conducts their business/operations in regards to seizures.
I can understand that decision. Once the 11th circuit rules it'll give everyone a strong footing to move forward. Hopefully the ruling is returned soon
I had taken it to try to help my sleep. After the first few days trying half to recommended servings, I went to two servings. For about 24 hours after that, I couldn't get my pupils to focus. I had weird eye twitches and had really blurred vision for about a day. I was not a fan.
I dislike it personally. Low doses don't really give me any results, and when I have taken too large of a dose (once and only once), I had some super nasty side effects.
I think it's an effective product in most however, just not for me personally
