Its a good stack take it on an empty stomach far away from meals to get the best effects out of the ephedrine and the yohimbine. A lot of people dont like adding y to eca but I do it not sure about the long term health effects but I don't notice any short term problems from it.
PA and hica both work via the mtor pathway somehow but in different ways than something like leucine does so since they have different moas they can be stacked. The question in all this is whether any of it becomes redundant like if you get diminiishing returns from trying to boost up mtor but...
Cooper said that timing wouldn't matter for the most part and the authors of the study said that it stimulates protein synthesis when taken with a meal so if you don't want to take it pre you could always just try taking it post and/or with meals
Coop dog said timing didnt really matter because of something about "terminal elimination" whatever the **** that is but if you wanna be extra careful take it preworkout and with fatty meals on off days.

I dunno if he's right or wrong because the science is above my head but the dude's an actual scientist I think like he has a phd in neuroscience and **** so there's pretending about the scientist part.
Because I thought it was a pretty weird to compare the level of knowledge on something with no in vivo studies to something that's the most studied supp in existence in creatine. Moa and bioavailability of creatine is super well known and proven. Josh brought up neurons posts in the first place...
Pretty sure neuron would speak with more certainty on creatine lol. Lame example.
I like neuron, cooper, NO HYPE, etc. so I don't really have a dog in this but neuron seemed much, much more cautious when discussing than he has in the hundreds and hundreds of his other posts of his I've read on...
Neuron also said this on PA'S forum last month:
So he's not 100% sold on it either at this point despite being the one who first brought it to everyone's attention.
