    Can't out train a bad diet. Just saying. But try repping out at 195. Do as many sets until you get 10-20 total reps and hit some heavy close grip bench. The main reason my bench is 315 is because I have very tight form and focus on explosiveness

    Also try getting your hips :back popped. My trainers would have me lay down on a bench face first and hold on tight. Again no homo. And he would pull one leg at a time strait back and slowly twist my toe inward . My hip and lower back would pop and all tension would be gone. It was great

    Starting cut while on cycle?

    Never thought cutting on cycle was worth it cuz i mean your on anabolics so why not put them to use and gain mass, but I cut once using keto on an epimaxx cycle and I lost no size. Gained strength and lost fat like crazy
