But try repping out at 195. Do as many sets until you get 10-20 total reps and hit some heavy close grip bench. The main reason my bench is 315 is because I have very tight form and focus on explosiveness
I need some mobility work and some rotator cuff work. And a much needed deep tissue massage. That last cycle, with the huge strength increase, my body is struggling to cope with all of that on my joints. Especially my wrists and forearms.
Also try getting your hips :back popped. My trainers would have me lay down on a bench face first and hold on tight. Again
no homo. And he would pull one leg at a time strait back and slowly twist my toe inward . My hip and lower back would pop and all tension would be gone. It was great
I've had the same pain before. Not sure if yours was caused by the same thing but my trainer quickly helped me. So I used to do low bar squat and sumo deadlift when in high school training for my meets. Due to the wide stance, my hips flexers got really tight. Which caused my glute muscles tone...

Anyone have any special exercises besides the usual real Db flies, pec deck reverse fly and side raised that they use to cap off the delts?

Never thought cutting on cycle was worth it cuz i mean your on anabolics so why not put them to use and gain mass, but I cut once using keto on an epimaxx cycle and I lost no size. Gained strength and lost fat like crazy
