    Hey guys. Just wanted to do a quick update. I never get on here anymore. Still hovering between 220-230lbs. I’m off everything now, starting week 2 of PCT. Feeling good so far, relatively speaking. Obviously flatter and not partitioning as well but I don’t seem to have lost any strength yet...

    I think 500-600 weekly should be your minimum dose. Also I would run EQ along with your deca, not one and then the other. That way you’re getting EQ for 16 weeks not just 8, which would be pointless. Same for deca.

    Still alive, 232lbs morning weight. Starting my second new job this week so I’ll be a little tighter on time for training but I think that’s a good thing. I need to get better at getting in, busting ass and getting back out. Will post progress pics soon

    I’ve used it over a year straight before, on my third month of this run and enjoying it as usual. Seems to help me lean out a little or stay leaner when bulking or not watching my diet as much.

    It's been incredible man. I know I'm in post show rebound so I'm getting pumps and strength from that too but I was noticing effects even when I started it before peak week. I wish I could afford more so I could keep running it.

    Sour nukes is pretty good, one of my faves of the flavors I have tried. Rainbow sherbet is my #1 though. The Swedish fish flavor was weird but bearable, wasn't a fan of the starblaze.

    That's not that great of a deal. Normal pricing for MTS Whey isolate is $55 shipped for 70-72 25g servings. I personally love all their flavors so I don't even buy other brands anymore unless I really really want to try them.

    Well... the pain came back. Lol. But it wasn't so bad that I couldn't finish the workout. It was almost just like an extreme tightness from a crazy pump, but it just wouldn't go away. Worked my way up to 275 and did 5 sets of 8, then went down to 225, added chains and did 3 sets of box squats...
