    Do you think a PWO with 150mg of Caffeine and 12.5mg of Theacrine is a good boost for a PWO? Isn't theacrine just Caffeine with an extra molecule (and allegedly helps with inflammation and pain relief.

    Cardio seems to be a little easier going... I do around 15 on the Stairstepper or Eliptical before every workout and every other day I knock out a 45-60 minutes of cardio. Seems to help. Just started seeing better days in the gym, and that may be because my recovery is better.

    Day 21: This week has been damn good. 5 out of 6 workouts were epic. I'm not sure if it's just a coincidence or not, but I don't seem to get anything from this on Leg days... kinda weird. Leg day today was good, but pretty much a normal day... Pre-exhaust on leg extensions and hamstring curls...

    Anyone ever add red wine extract (pills)... to help with pump? I read an article not to long ago, stating that besides the basic benefits of wine (revestrol, etc), in concentrated form it increases pump (assuming because of nitrates).

    Day 15: 2 pills, twice a day, 6 hours apart (second dose is an hour before I hit the gym). I have noticed a prolonged ability to work sets and reps. Still kind of hit and miss though... yesterday, I killed it (Delts, Abs, Calves)... added a extra set per and did heavier weights then normal...

    Hit it with a Mio...the orange is off the charts strong and should be able to mask the taste. The lemonade will lighten the taste a little bit.

    Can you get in keto and still gain muscle/size... or is it strictly for cutting? I've heard that once your in keto, if you increase your calories, you can pack on muscle. Just curious... only tried Keto once, for cutting only.
