Do the extreme 1000 repper for arms. Pyramid the reps until you hit 1000 plan all of the workouts out....
It might take 3 hrs to do though....
Example:
Ez curls 50,40,30,20,10 reps
Cable curls 20,30,40,50,40
Preacher curls 30,20,10,20,30
Incline db curls 40,50,40,30,20
Etc. etc. If they done...
