Ok so I am sure this is probably a no brainer, but does beer/alcohol affect muscle gains and if so how? I am sure it will lead to a beer belly or some such, but outside of that.... I work out I have my protein shake then I crack open the beers, repeatedly haha.
So I was chatting with some employee of Nutrition Zone and he led me to purchase a whey/casein blend from Dymatize. Just wanted to ask you all your thoughts on the product and if you had alternate choices that would provide better results.
Whats up... I'm having a recurring issue when it comes to weight training. Previously my bicep would twitch a lot and sometimes kind of cramp up, not while lifting but when doing my day to day stuff. Now its my pec, not cramping just twitching a lot for extended periods of time. Any explanation?

Ok so I am 27 yrs old and a type 1, insulin dependent diabetic. I take 1 6 unit shot of Levemir at night before bed, and about 10 units per meal depending on how I feel and the carb intake for said meal. I go to the gym very often, and generally work out til I cant even do 3/4 weight...
