    Deadlift PR

    I take about .8-.9 protein per BW, on my bulk. Unsure on the Carbs, what do you guys do?

    Pain in forearm during straight bar curls (or possibly any curls)

    Has anyone else expierenced this, and does anyone know why this happens? Whenever i do curls, my left forearm gets a pain when i set the bar down and release it. Also, my hands seem to tear up easily (dry as well) and it looks like the skin is peeling. It does not hurt, but it is unattractive...
