I'm 3 weeks post surgery. Just getting back at it. Have mesh implanted. Wondering aside from the obvious, anything to focus on and or avoid. Gots to get back to the gains. But obviously can't suffer any set backs. Anyone else have any experience with this? Thank you in advance!
