    workouts with a cast

    hey guys, need a lil help...last week i broke my thumb and am currently in a cast that goes up over my left thumb. I'm in this damn thing for 2 more weeks, does anybody have any tips on how i can still work my upper body with this god-forsakened piece of hardware on my hand?

    lookin for a supp. for size and strength

    hey guys, i'm back the last post really got a lot of positive feedback and helped me out a lot then, i was 6'3" and 230 lbs. I'm now up to a little over 240 lbs and i've actually lost 2 inches in my waist. Bench has gone up from 3 reps @ 295 lbs to almost 8. Seems like the egg yolks really help...
