    well, my first day. I hope to reduce my anxiety, lost some fat and get a gret shredded look. 2 caps nolvadren xt at meal 14:00 aprox 1 cap omega 3 (14:00 and 1 cap at night ) knee pain. I have a knee pain, hopefully this product not kill me.
