1 to 1.5lbs of beef (I prefer 90/10 or 85/15)
Cook and strain if you used the 85/15 beef. Embrace the remaining fat if you used 90/10 or leaner
Then add
1 can of Ro-Tel Tomato
1 Mild taco seasoning pack
This mixes great with sweet potato (add a splash of cinnamon) or rice.

Am contemplating running a training journal that is also educational, problem I see is most journals just lapse into a list of workouts and weights with very little educational content.
