I received 2 bottles of 5aoHP from TurningGreen. I currently weigh 175Lb and have 7% body fat. After I am done running this cycle I will re weigh and re do my body fat.
My work outs will consist of Crossfit-Monday through Friday and a weight routine Tuesday through Friday with weekends off...
Hey all started my cycle but im trying something a little different. Im going to be doing Cross Fit instead of heavy lifting and then measure my results. I will have pictures up soon for before and after and measurements as well. Excited about the end result.
What should I take and how should I use it, Need some pointers on what to eat. I have 8% body fat want to be around 5%. Should I take a metabolism booster or what.
