Not supplements, but I got the bulk of my Rep Fitness PR-5000 delivered today. The hardware for this thing is crazy. Glad you’re better. I hate unloading as much as the next guy, but sometimes you have to in order to heal right. Hell I’m doing it right now and it sucks, but that’s what my body is screaming at me to do. Primo was definitely a smart move to help with mass conservation too.- Marne40

That thing is sexy! Would rotating it to back and hinge squat configurations reposition the handles some, like position them higher away from your knees? Also, can you swap in shorter handles for SSB and front squat configurations?- Marne40

Oof. That’s quite a bit more intense than my issue. Rotator and labrum tears can be gnarly as hell. Had a couple buddies with those issues as well as some buddies that had the same thing I ended up getting. Smart move getting them both knocked out if you can though as those damn surgery bills...- Marne40

My wife and daughter are both using Ursa Major and Flashpoint right now. They’re running 2ml of Ursa Major and 1ml of Flashpoint. I don’t know that there is necessarily a best one, but the combo seems to be helping them tighten up a bit. However, I’d say if someone is already lean, Flashpoint...- Marne40
