I have joint pain already. Arthritis, 2 herniated discs and a bulging disc. For 36 I'm pretty beat TF up but as I was able to lift more there was more joint pain, obviously but I played it safe.
Technically yk and mk aren't sarms. I haven't tried actual injectable sarms yet. I'm interested in the lgd 3303 and s23 as well. I'll give them a shot at some point. The yk is g2g and so is the mk.

I get that but lgd has lots of muscle preserving properties as well as building muscle.
If you wanna get funky do 75mg of halodrol and 15mg of lgd for 8 weeks.
I would legit have to wash my face and lotion my eyelids a few times a day. Sometimes just scratch it off and then put lotion on. It was almost to the point of being insecure lol. I have sensitive skin as it is and my skin dries quick regardless.
Yeah as far as the yk, Mike is the way to go imo.
20mg a day is what I'm thinking, it could be too much and if that's the case I'll do 10mg a day. Being that, orally it's half life is 4 - 6 hours, injection is 24 hours.
