I'm 34 now and used it two years ago and did notice improved recovery but it could have been because it was a great sleep aid but considering it's priced the same if not cheaper than most herbal supplements I'd say so
How often do you use it? I've always been hesitant to try because of fear of withdrawal and I have an addictive personality and have successfully quit things like cigs and rec drugs but just wondering if I were to use it how often would be ideal? Thanks for any feedback
^^^Agreed, the only thing to make it more bearable would be to make sure your car seat is comfortable, your heat and A/C work and you have some music or audiobooks to listen to.
