Hey dude. Sorry, I don't see notifications like this on my phone. In all honesty, Epic was exactly that; Epic!!! People in the gym were convinced I was injecting!! If you haven't decided yet, by all means, give it a try. You won't be let down. I dont remember how long it took for it to kick in. Possibly 1-3 days??.. Good luck w/ it!!
