  • Hey Grunt...long time no speak..gotta question. I am doing another show. I lost some of my contest prep logs due to a move and I cannot remember if Igf1l3 will kick you out of ketosis or not.
    hi read your posts on igf1lr3 which i enjoy reading .just a quick question . i have some igf1lr3 not mixed yet in the freezer, been told to keep it at a tempreture of -20°C but the coldest my fridge goes to is - 5 do you think it will keep ok this way thanks
