First Cycle HCG / Fertility Advice

Hey guys, I'm hopping on test, eq, var, gh soon, i have everything in hand except a few ancillaries I'm waiting on to arrive before i start.
I will be starting with 250 test at first and will titrate up as I see how my body reacts as well as adding the eq and var at different times later on incase i run into issues, i know where its coming from. I got blood work last week everything came back great. I am sitting at 580 total test naturally and everything else is healthy. I am 23 years old. I am 6'8 200lbs currently, i went on a very aggressive cut from 275lbs, i wanted to be as lean as possible before I hop on. I've been lifting for 4 years consistently, I am around 13% body fat.

Me and my soon to be wife want kids within the next 5—6 years, I am committing to the long haul of blasting and cruising trt doses between cycles. I also get nervous about the health of my child, I've heard about some compounds possibly causing birth defects. It would absolutely wreck me if my kid came out with problems because of my gear use. I also really want a son haha I've heard you can only have a daughter on test, probably a myth but i haven't seen deep enough evidence anywhere to support that claim.

What's the typical protocol with hcg or hmg? Do people usually take low weekly doses long term over 5+ years, or should I not take hcg at all until I'm ready to start trying for kids?

What's your advice for my situation?

Honestly … at 23 you shouldn’t be blasting and cruising. No guarantees in this game from the moment you run your first cycle .If you are really that worried I would stay away from blasting and cruising. Your natural levels aren’t bad

Yes running Hcg improves the odds of a successful restart. It’s typically ran throughout a cycle or long term in people on TRT who want to improve chances of a restart for future fertility. Again not a guarantee. HMG is basically unaffordable to run permanently and thus is typically used prior to conception .

Stay far away from 19 nors if you desire future fertility. Trace supraphysiologic amounts of deca , tren, trest in long esters could affect fertility and sperm development for months (potentially 18 in regards to deca) Some of these are probably the compounds you are referring to in regards to possible birth defects . As far as I know that’s theoretical .

6'8 @200 lbs is skinny. I am 6'5 and its not until I hit 230ish do I start to look like something, and by something i mean looking like I lift to an average, non gym going person. Talking reasonable bf, 12-16% range.

Dont take this as an offence, you can do what you want and as others said stay away from deca, tren and use test (gh is fine although low dose at 23 may not do anything). But given your situation, being 23, relatively low bodyweight for your height, wanting kids relatively soon etc and wanting to be a family man, I would personally advise to stay away from AAS. I think in your situation the potential negatives largely outweigh the potential positives.

I would focus on a good strength program and focus on getting my big lifts up while also doing some supplemental hypertrophy work. Get in this for the long haul.

I'm going to skip over whether or not you should run a cycle and just go to fertility and having children. I've never heard of any steroid user having children with health problems because of their steroid use. I don't even think that's a thing. And you're going to be running a little baby cycle you're not going to be running 5 G of gear like Ronnie Coleman who was the greatest Mr Olympia of all time and ended up with eight children during his career.

If running a cycle or two makes you infertile then you were already going to be in fertile but when you're ready to have kids they have fertility protocols for that so just run your cycle.

This also sounds like it's your first cycle and you're coming out the gate running three compounds and you shouldn't be doing that..

Giving your height and weight I would start with just testosterone and use nothing else for quite a while, like months, probably your first two or three cycles should be testosterone only until you've learned how to put some muscle on. The way you build muscle on steroids is the same way you build muscle naturally so if you're not building any without steroids you're not going to be building much with steroids you're just going to be gaining the cosmetic effects of your cycle and then they're going to disappear afterwards and that's why we have 50 million people who use steroids who don't look like they use steroids. in all honesty I would work on putting 20 to 30 lb back on without anything first. Me and you are the same body weight but you are all about 10 and 1/2 in taller than me!

If you're dead set on running cycles I would do something like these just start

First cycle

Test 250,250,375,375,375,375,375,375,375,375
GH 2,2,4,4,4,4,4,4,4,4

Second cycle
Test 375 weeks 1-10
Anavar 25-50mg weeks 5-12
GH 4 units start to finish

I understand the temptation to put some muscle on. You’ve lost a ton of weight and probably lost a decent amount of muscle with it and you want to try to fill back out some and tighten up some of the loose skin from the weight loss. Your weight loss effort should be commended. It’s not easy to do.

A lot of of us on here have been doing it a while. A lot of the advice that gets given is based on past mistakes, that people have made, and I would say that the majority of people on here would say that they started too early.

I definitely do not recommend blasting and cruising. Again, your natural levels are not that bad and your natural levels are also what they are in the setting of probably being on a big-time caloric deficit doing a bunch of aggressive cardio. There is a very good chance that if you can eat in a 500 cal surplus of clean food ( if you can actually calculate what your true metabolic rate is )and nail down the right training program that your natural levels will go up significantly.

Smont has given you solid advice in regards to if you do decide to run something . I would suggest at least waiting a year personally and trying to eat in a clean caloric surplus. The other thing that this will do is allow for your connective tissue to strengthen. It’s very easy to hop on at your age and become freakishly strong compared to pre-cycle as well as rapid recovery after workouts without allowing tendons and ligaments to catch up and over the course of a cycle develop a major tendon injury
