Red Light Therapy

My wife already told me, even if I could magically have my full head of hair back she would still want me bald. So I am with the right woman eh!!!
I don't know at all if you could grow it back or not, my understanding is that once the hair has been gone for a while the pores like scar over or something? But I'm not shocked by your wife's response because baldness is typically associated with high levels of testosterone and masculinity. I think its the thinning period that is almost more like an awkward second puberty with voice cracking until a guy can figure out what to do with half the hair he had. But once he commits and goes shaved etc its like a strong sense of authority. I've never heard anyone talk about how much better vin diesel would look with fabio type hair.

Been using the RLT less lately, I think because I'm waking up with the sun now. Sunrise is technically 5:15am which means I'm seeing it about 30 minutes prior to that. by the time I'm out of the shower its cresting over the mountains and I don't feel that "need" for the extra wake up light. Right now this sorta validates my opinion that people in dark climates probably would benefit more from RLT than people in sunnier more consistent climates. I'm still hitting it daily but its been 5min on (like before) and either skipping the 10 minutes post shower, or not bothering standing in front of it the full time its on for 10.

I have zero doubt, come fall/winter, it will again be a vital part of my morning routine for waking up though. I am one of those that really love a 4am sunrise.

Are you actually exposing yourself to the sunlight in the morning?

I've been doing what I can to follow the hubberman approach of no lenses in the first and last 30 minutes of the day. When the sun is shining over the mountain at 5-5:30am I'm in the middle of the commute I'm getting full bright sunlight that I'd normally wear sunglasses for, now it is of course blocked by the windshield...

Mornings and nights have had garden walks/inspections. On a day like yesterday there is some sunlight but today its strong overcast so no sun yet as of 6:40am tbh.

Evening same thing. Last night I sat on the couch at 8pm and was a little grumpy cause I couldn't get tired lol. I hate DST lol

I think most windshields are UV resistant, not sure you are getting the benefits through a windshield. Well scratch that I just checked and while 98-99% UV resistant they allow red light through. So that is pretty cool.

I was wondering that, I would not have been surprised if the windshield was blocking beneficial rays. This morning the sun was so incredibly high on my morning commute already long before 6am. I was out in the backyard in my boxers at 4:30am watering tomatoes lol. I love our early sunrises this time of year!
