Weights up, scales down…

A few updates got the tin siding up and working on edge trim. Doors and windows are on back order but not to worried. Made another pen for the ducks, revamped the one for chickens. Staying busy 😂

are you actually tractoring the ducks or just leaving the pen there open so they can come and go? I'd love to have more ducks but the two we have are messy enough with our flock, lol. The drake is happy, he's been getting at it a lot this spring lol.

Some great work in here. I was going to mention a lot of what @Hyde suggested another option is to grab yourself a decent weighted vest for that lower body work and push ups for more resistance. Single Arm Pushups, Pull ups if you can find some stairs, pipes, ledges or things to hang off of... maybe under a bridge. :)

Plus I think I see an old close line T post out there in the background, good setup for mid day pullups

Oh I have a pull up bar by the shop I do some every morning and evening!

So the one down by the grain bin I don’t move very often maybe once a week. We do let them roam and come and go if we are around the house. At night we just herd them back up to the main barn and keep them in there overnight.

Been keeping the ducks down there and the chickens up by mom and dad’s house, that one we move every couple days around the yard.

Also a little updated photo I snapped in the evening. I’m not hiding my face because m paranoid, I make such dumb facial expressions when flexing that I hate it 😂

you're leaning up, bro.
thats gotta be the most bicep definition we've seen yet. shirt can't hid the lats that are flaring, too-

I sorta think judging by the length between delt to elbow that you got those genetics that could build an absolute monster of a man if you ever wanted to go enhanced and really stack lean mass. how tall are you?

I haven’t stepped on a scale in forever but judging by shirts and pants I have leaned out considerably. Definitely more defined as well!!

Looking awesome brother! Massive changes from back in the day. Looking strong and athletic!

Nice double bicep, good definition and muscle separation. I’m 6’ 1” as well….just means our weights have to travel farther during workouts.💪
Thanks man!

thanks brother! I was comparing to some of my old check in pictures. Because in my mind I was like eh some progress but after checking out previous photos, I was like yeah there is definitely a noticeable improvement.
Was going to say, this sums it up pretty perfectly!

Nice progress!
Thanks man!!

Making some great progress in wellness and the homestead!

A weighted vest is definitely a clutch idea for the road - even lets you get more out of hiking when time is limited, as opposed to walking for longer.

Been rainy foggy and cooler, motivation was slim 😂 also been a long week at the computer getting submittals in this week.

Need to get some things done this weekend, need to build a tree for the weight plates. Then build some farmers carry that I can load plates onto. And then a laundry list of just little things get the composter moved and working again, till up the garden and start getting it ready to get plants in the ground.

Hmmmm…should I be wearing a weighted vest for my morning dog walks???

You will definitely burn more calories, just keep your posture tall, don't let it collapse when you start to get tired.

probably, even my wife does it, but honestly its one of those things I always gave the middle finger too. when all the xfitters in my previous cults would do murph they did the weighted vests and I was like no thanks, its hard enough already, lol.

So a few pics, have tubs filled with compost and dirt mixture, don’t have it all quite done like I was planning but going to probably have to make do for this year. Got the composter set back up. Personal doors in and trimmed and done, just need the windows to come in.

Made a plate rack, this used like pure scraps and very little time or effort put into it 😂

The tree looks great and I dig the garden setup. all the sudden i'm learning gardening by osmosis just being around my wife (added marigolds and nasturtiums as pest deterrents to my tomatoes and tabacco) and she's learning the value of my autism, as I have all her nutrients and fertilizers organized with a schedule (Every Sunday you give THIS to the vegetative plants and THIS to the plants with blooms) 😂 😂

Well hopefully plan to turn that area into basically enclosed greenhouse, then have an outdoor garden. But got to many other things ahead of it 😂. Also that big orange tub against the back wall is set up to catch the rain water off the gutters but then I’m adding in all the duck water to it so hopefully that makes a difference!

thats awesome. I haven't figured out yet how I want to save/transport my duck water to the beds yet, but I can tell you the enclosed greenhouse is the coolest thing. Took me months of weekends in crap weather to get ours built but its amazing what its done to our growing season. the plants in the greenhouse started flowering early than we'd normally even be successfully planting normally.

You did a great job on that tree, and looks like you have a good start on your gardening. My wife would love those tractor tire planters.

I’ve been getting my jeans on there from 30-40 bucks when new they are 80. The shoes got for 35 and they basically I don’t think ever worn.
