First log Formeron and 3AD

Hello everyone!

This is my first log attempt. This log will mostly feature 2 things my leg training and how the combination of Formeron and 3AD play a part in my training results, with the goal being increased leg strength and size.

I’ve been lifting on and off for the around 10 yrs. I’m coming off one of my longest breaks ever it’s been 6 months, it’s now time to get things going again!

As for training I’ll be able to use a commercial gym some weeks and other times I’ll be using my home gym that just consists of DB. I do training chest and back but I want to focus on legs in this log.
I plan on training legs twice a week.

Leg workout at commercial gym
BB squat 4 x 8-12
DB RDL 4 x 12
Leg press 4 x 8-12

Home workout DB only
Lunges 4 x 10
Heel elevated squats 4 x 12-15
RDL 4 x 12

This is what I’m thinking for Formeron and 3AD.
Starting March 7th
Day 1-20
10 pumps Formeron 5AM/5PM

Days 21-80
7 pumps Formeron
3 pumps 3AD (112mg TD)
100mgs oral 3AD

This log will officially start March 7th.

Quick workout this afternoon, squats felt really good today.
Increased libido and daily energy have been what I’ve noticed most from the Formeron at this point. Still doing 5 pumps AM and 5 pumps PM

Another solid workout, strength gains are starting to become more noticeable. So far 10 pumps of Formeron seems to be working pretty well.

Today I added in the 3AD and lowered the Formeron.
AM

2 pumps of ultra three (75mgs)
3AD 100 mg oral.
PM

1 pump ultra three

While dosing the Formeron solo at 10 pumps I noticed an increase in energy and libido, this peaked around the 2 week mark and it’s been leveled off since then. I’m also starting to notice some strength gains and my 10 rep sets of walking lunges are feeling easier, body weight is up 4 pound and looks to be mostly clean weight. We’ll see what adding 3AD does in term of strength and energy feel.

I'm not trying to be rude in any way... but how are you only 160 pounds... are you very lean... if I was 160 I would look like I was dying

I’m only 5’7 lol. I’m fairly lean, I wouldn’t say very. My goal is to get to 170, shooting for a pound or pound and a half a week.
 
Whats your weight right now?. Im always impressed whenever I go through your log with your strength and size. You’re doing it right man!

I’m currently hovering at 176 at 5’10. I look a good bit heavier though, I’m trying to get back to 182 which was my highest ever (2 months ago, then I got sick and lost 10lbs.)

It’s been 5 days now with the addition of 3AD, I had a great workout this afternoon felt like I had a little extra juice.

I’m starting noticing some increased muscle hardness and more of that all day pump feeling, I believe this is from the 3AD.
Current dosing is

3ad was most effective preworkout... the other benefit i found was it made my mind feel calmer throughout the day and I've taken huge amounts of it a variety of ways to see what works

Absolutely agree with this.
Today I did 112mg topical and 100mg oral pre workout. I had a ton of feel good energy, no aggression just endless clean energy/motivation. This also provided an amazing pump and it lasted quite long after my workout.

Around 19 days left of this combo of 3AD and formeron, it’s been pretty enjoyable the whole time. Muscles are feeling hard and looking full all day. Not much vascularity tho.
Yesterday’s dosing was as follows, this has been my favorite way to use this combo.

Maybe 5 days left of formeron
I am starting to have a little acne on my shoulders. This has been the only side effect I’ve experienced.

Morning weight 165 LBs
Had a great leg workout last night and a good chest workout Tuesday.
At the beginning of this log I was only able to squat 165 for 3 sets of 8. Last night I was able to squat 195 for 3 sets of 8.
I’m definitely contributing some of the strength gains to 3AD and formeron.
This morning was my last dose of formeron.
Yesterday dosing was
3 pumps formeron AM

Morning weight 165 LBs
Had a great leg workout last night and a good chest workout Tuesday.
At the beginning of this log I was only able to squat 165 for 3 sets of 8. Last night I was able to squat 195 for 3 sets of 8.
I’m definitely contributing some of the strength gains to 3AD and formeron.
This morning was my last dose of formeron.

Sunday May 31 was my final day of 3AD.
I retested my 3 rep max on squats and I was able to add another 10lbs from my last attempt last month.

Overall the combination of 3AD and Formeron has been excellent. Both topical were easy to apply and dried fast. Daily energy did increase quite a bit but was most noticeable in the beginning while dosing Formeron at 10 pumps a day. That was also when libido was at its highest. For me the 3AD was most noticeable when doing large doses pre workout ( 100mg oral and 112mg topical ). What I noticed was an increase in motivation while working out, very good pumps and I believe it helped with some strength gains as well. Muscles also remained hard without the day.
Strength was improved across all lifts and definitely improved my squat strength and leg size a little. My starting weight was around 155 I am now consistently maintaining 165.
The only side effect I noticed was some acne on my shoulders.
