    This has always baffled me too, im sure I get more growth from doing gvt type 10 sets of 10 at a lighter weight than say 10, 8, 6, 4 increasing weight each time and if you add up the amount of weight moved 10 sets of ten blows it out of the park but it's not how most people do it.

    I was getting blurry trails after about 3 weeks on 20 only a few times a day, went away once I stopped, probably won't take it again. Most people don't get it from what I have read.

    The rda of niacin is 16mg in men, that stuff has 150mg per dose. Niacin flush they call it. I got red blotches that were burning to touch

    I remember reading someone claimed to get bigger traps from epilogue without training them, I haven't tried it but I have tried Follidrone and liked it. Like someone else said go with two bottles and I would guess the same goes for epilogue. I think that's the general consensus with nattys
