Usually should drop your creatine for overall conditioning. However , the amount from red meat and your pre workout shouldn't effect you like youd think.
It takes a fair amount of time , usually raw powders you can just throw into some water and chug down.
Easiest way would be to get a pill filler machine etc. Either than that you'll be measuring out with tiny little spoons lol.
Who cares what people think! Your life your body, most people I know who are on TRT or using stuff usually don't tell others or talk about it. Its nobodies business but your own, keep up the good work!
