    OK i know i am a dumbass for what i did, dut anyway i need a lil help, i put 1cc of straight 6%aa in my 1mg vial then put 2cc of bw in there, did i screw it up too bad, or will it be ok, and how many mcg would it be on the 10 mark of a 1cc syringe? thanks bros

    yeah man exactly cause u think like the quads for instance, im injections u would hafta pin it in 4 diff areas over the perios of the time you are on it, no to mention all the other muscles with multiple parts, seems to be a nuisance i would think!

    Is there a specific reason as to why one type of shot is superior to the other, seems like the up with the subq is you dont have to switch the pinning area around to mkae sure you get even growth, but also seems like with the im more would get into teh muscle, any thoughts? thanks guys!

    Yes you do have to reconstitute it with .6 aa any more will degrade the peptide, andm ine is a 1cc slin pin, also I had another question i have heard that to dillute 6%aa to .6 you would draw up 1cc of the 6% aa then draw up 9cc of bw? would that be right? thanks

    I jus got in 1ml of igf long r3, what is the correct amount of acetic acid to mix with it? is it jus 1 ml of aa or 2ml of aa? thanks guys!

    2 weeks off?

    Either change the routine or up the weight, i do the same exercises but jus switch the order of them every week, seems to always work pretty well
