    Going with Super 1 330 at 8 weeks Super 2 500 8 weeks Thinking of Super epi 500, was actually thinking of running 12 weeks and last 4 weeks adding 11-kt (first 8 weeks recomp, last 4 cut). That dose of super epi enough? or should I increase it or change to a more proper test base. Hoping...
