    Day 1 of week 2 on JW! Can't say I feel anything yet but I hit a PR on Smith Close Grip bench today. Did 315 for 4 reps today. Yes, I know Smith isn't a legit 315 but I had never put 3 plates on each side and tried it. Also, I'm now repping 125lb dumbbells pretty easy on the flat bench!!

    Hey guys, went to walmart and got some milk thistle earlier. It says concentrated extract Milk Thistle 1000mg. How many of these should i take a day?

    well i'd rather be safe than sorry. Also, what about drinking alcohol while on this stack? I usually only drink one night a week (Saturday) and when I do, I tend to drink a lot. Hard alcohol mostly.

    Liver clear is just a supplement you buy at the health store? You take it during the whole stack? This bugs me when I was specifically told by a ALRI employee that Restore is all I need :damnit1:

    I thought with Restore you don't need a pct? I'm not aware of what Liver clear is? Do I really need this for this stack? I'm only on day 5 (starting taking JW friday). I'm just doing the normal 10 week protocol JW wks 1-4 BAM wks 3-6 PA- wks 5-8 Restore wks 7-10
