Exactly! I tried their one month supply of "myostatin inhibitor" aka fertilized egg yolk in a can for the low cost of 75 dollars and it literally did nothing. I don't expect supplements to work miracles either. I rely on hard work and diet but this was literally my worst purchase ever.
