I have dealt with this. The trick for me was taking bp measurements frequently. I took them so often that the whole process got to be mundane. Take a reading, write the numbers down on a pad, walk away. Rinse. Repeat in a few hours.
It should do fine. The edges will be the most susceptible to peeling up obviously. But I would imagine the cheap carpet will give up before the glue does.
So I'm 8 weeks out from a full achilles rupture. I have started PT and things are going well. But I am interested in optimizing my recovery. A few quick searches bring up two compounds TB 500 and BPC-157. Since I'm not really wanting to go down the pinning route, BPC-157 in oral form...
