So - todays best protocols are basically 30-45 min pre workout:

2. PA
3. Carnitine
4. Glycerol
Optional: Forskolin, epicatechin, anything else I’m missing?
Does anyone have the latest protocols for myosynergy + bmp?

What’s current / best practice?
What’s the synergy btwn the brite caps + this version of DCP? Both good to use together?
Also thinking of throwing in some bmp to get the overAll recomp effect.
