Well, the obvious answer is of course we have no use for it anymore.
We have me use for walking all day and hunting. Sprinting. Climbing ****. For food. Because, you can drive to McDonald's and eat in your car.
Our primal movements are no longer needed. And, we are screwing ourselves because...

Think of it this way, you also don't have the conditioning our ancestors had.
Likely don't live a life like they did.
Probably a lot of sitting and things of the sort.
Being physically healthy, goes outside of lifting in the gym and occasional "running"
The bear crawl, meaning how we use to crawl through forests when we hunted. Before modern times? You mean, that's damaging!? Oh boy, didn't know such a movement could hurt me. More bs.
