    What power lift said however I’ll add if your sticking point is the floor some pause deadlifts off the floor or deadlifts of a deficit will defiantly help you as well
  3. Elbow/Forearm injury

    I experienced something similar couple years ago and it was related to tendinitis bicept. Mine I believe started from my shoulder. I took it easy rested stretched and everything was good to go in a couple weeks .

    Your not losing cause your not in a caloric deficit simple as that . No need to over complicate anything.

    I was making crock pot chicken a lot and I would shred it after , mainly bbq
