Can't learn much if that's the correct way this study went. Need a control group to check placebo and and moderate dose group. That's a pretty wide gap in dosage.

Seriously though, if you are on creatine for any significant period of time, your muscles are saturated. I don't see how timing can be relevant if you maintain that saturation.
Yet we still get these "experts" cramming this broscience down the publics throats and in the end all it does is give people lame excuses that the majority accept. SMMFH
