I know for my body bbing routines work ALOT better for mass gains, I actually get smaller (but alot harder) on pling routines. I love pling but I love getting bigger alot more, I feel like mixing the two styles works great
So I'm doing a 3 month volunteer program in israel and I'm trying to figure out how I'm going to eat enough to minimize muscle loss on $5 a day. from what iv seen, isreals really expensive so I'm just wondering how you guys get by in hard times? And any chance any of you have been to jerusalem...
Which one do u guys think would net more muscle at the end of a cut after the bulk in the same time frame? I mean if u had like 16 weeks to fit a bulk and a cut to get back to ur original bf %
