    My secret weapon: Sausage cheese balls 1lbs sausage 4-5 cups sharp cheddar(I use five) 2 cups baking mix(bisquick) Mix in bowl all together, place on cheat in miniature ball size and cook for 12-14 minutes on 400. Keeps me very happy and a great snack

    I'll be stuck using a planet fitness for 10 days and wanted to know what to expect since I've never been inside of one. Are there free weights to bench and squat with?
