I got mine today as well. Going to use this week to get a current idea on my lift prs and then start this bad boy up. Are we following the label directions?
My secret weapon: Sausage cheese balls
1lbs sausage
4-5 cups sharp cheddar(I use five)
2 cups baking mix(bisquick)
Mix in bowl all together, place on cheat in miniature ball size and cook for 12-14 minutes on 400.

I'll be stuck using a planet fitness for 10 days and wanted to know what to expect since I've never been inside of one. Are there free weights to bench and squat with?
Id be willing it add another hormonal to mine, make a suggestion. I got literally no side effects in my past cycles besides libido problems. So I'm willing to up it some. Lets put 4AD to the test
