i started a new cycle on monday of 650mg of sust and 50mg of dbol.
hallo guys, interesting thread, i will be starting a prime and then a burst cycle in a couple of weeks.
what do you guys think about using cardio to put you in a calorie deficit? rather then cutting calories, i think this aproach would have its advantages as it would maintain your bodys ability...
