Yeah I will track my calories today and see what I am at. I believe I am around 2k. I haven't noticed weight loss but I am definitely starting to feel better.
No bad habits. Other than being out of shape I am healthy. The only thing that slows me down is I have a pinched nerve that sucks sometimes but I work through it. I have done resistance training in the past and no I don't know what cardio acceleration is.

Ok yeah. I eat a lot of chicken and ground turkey. I just need to cook more at night. I am just curious what are your stats? I try to stay away from pasta but I do eat rice alot with dinner. Carbs either way I guess.
