Been using Radiate for about a week now, thought I'd give my two pennies.
The good first:
I found the thermogenic effects to be the best thing about this. I continually sweat on this and it's pretty cold in Japan right now. I like the focus it gives and it also suppresses the appetite well...
Yeah, it's a strange one... I'm getting a little sore on some muscles, but no more than usual.
I'm taking my fish oil early morning and training early evening. Also my pre workout meal is about an hour and a half before training and I'm taking the X-Gels about 45 mins before I get to the gym...
Just updating on the X-Gels and Anabeta run. No soreness yet, so I think I'll up the dose to 6 X-Gels pre workout from next week. I'll also be starting Radiate so I'll post up my experiences.
Not sure mate, but I had a similar thing when I was on trest. Whenever I shot my load it felt like I hadn't. Anyway it 'came' back to normal after lowering the dose (pardon the pun). I would go to the docs and get your levels checked.
Haha, yes mate.
I've got to a point where I hardly get sore anymore, especially on legs and chest, so I'm looking forward to the DOMS again.
I'll let AM know how it goes. I'm trying out some other supps too including Radiate.
Cheers
You the man!

Thanks for the responses everyone [emoji1317]
I should have been more specific. In Jiigzz's info on Ara, he says:
'Q7: Should I avoid anything while using Ara?
There are some things that should be avoided whilst using Ara. These include:
-Omega 3's. These fight for metabolism with Ara and...
I'll be starting an x gels run soon and read the excellent help page on it which said omega- 3 should not be used with it. Would omega-6 be okay as it helps with inflammation and I'd like to use Hemodraulix with it as I love the pumps.
Cheers for any help
When I started out I though you had to deadlift to increase your deadlift, seemed to make sense. But soon as I stopped deadlifting, squatting as you say and using partials my DL kept going up. I've hit a wall now so might try 5/3/1 next
I went from 160kg to 190kg from Jan to Aug last year. The last 10kg was tough. I mostly did deadlift variations but rarely full deadlifts. Deadlifts from different heights, stiff legged and hypers. I never worked past 5 reps and all pulls were dead, not bouncing. I was shooting for 200, but as...
There are meets everywhere but everything's in Japanese so it's a bit of a headache. I know my Golds does them.
Please let me know if you come across anything foreigner friendly.
