    I agree That's what I do too. I start with FB, after two or three weeks, as volume and intensity go up, I find FB too hard and start a split. However I rarely break it up past upper body/legs.

    Never could understand young guys looking for test boosters. I never even thought of it until I was past 50. I use DAA and like the results, cycling it with beta-alanine and creatine.

    I use both caffeine and creatine. I still get positive affects when taking the creatine. I've used both for as long as I can remember, personally I don't worry about it.

    I've probably added about 50 lbs. of muscle to my frame over a lifetime, and I never train to absolute failure on my core movements, periodization does wonders without doing so. Although I do sometimes practice going to failure on isolation movements.
