    From my understanding, there are 2 Olympus labs brands - the UK one is considered the dodgy one. This may of changed. But i have an unused bottle of the 'Halo' from the UK brand, as after buying it (typical) i read theres a good chance its bunk. Or at least, not Halodrol. Sorry to be the bearer...

    Shilajit. An absolute game changer for me. Just make sure it's legit & use the resin, works much better than the capsules. Look into all the other benefits it has too. Only CBD has come close to it regards controlling anxiety.
