    I'm doing a transdermal. The paper work states 10% absorbtion. so that would be 35 to 45mg per week.

    Yes this is right. testim 1% is 50 mg. I do this 7 days a wk for the 350mg per wk & when I was at 450mg/wk I did 2 tubes mon & fri.
