true, and this is a consideration but I believe I can make it work or at least I know what to look for in case I'm running myself a little too ragged. What about the complex?
to my current program. I'm doing a 5x5 program that's going good but I want to add this in. I was thinking something along the lines of
dips
pull ups
db squats
db bent rows
db shoulder press
db stiff legged deads
db incline bench
what do you think? Changes?
