    2-19, Wed., It was a day off from Lifting, Just AM cardio and some conditioning during lunch. Still felt like crap but I did it anyway. I FINALLY felt better once I wished my conditioning. I guess I just needed a good sweat. Took two does today. One in the AM and one after lunch.

    Tuesday was ARMS and AM cardio. Tried to killed them during lunch, which runs about 45mins for me, but was just DRAINED at the moment due to bad sinus issues.....ah got to love the weather change. Also, Hard to get a good feel for the product bc of this.

    I started taking "RESTORE" Monday. Started out with one dose, meant to take a second but left it at home. Hit Chest Monday as well. Did Legs Sunday. I do a hybrid of two workouts. I try to combine Hellraiser training and a bit of John meadows Reactive pump program. Seems to work great.

    I understand! Thats all I felt I could stand it the first time i tried it. But it is something to try as a change up for a bit. IMO.

    Yeah, I have no issue with doing the machines for sure. Safer for sure.

    I wasn't aware there was a recommendation for people over 35. I'll have to reread it bc I'm 32 lol. Since I workout solo, I may have to re think doing DC anyway.

    Well don't ditch them completely. You can step under the weight for squats on the smith machine then you step forward a step and lean against the bar and squat. This turns it into more of a hack squat feel and will kill your quads and also keep the pressure on your heels and not your knees...

    Eating isn't an issue thats for sure. Sleep, a different issue, teething 7 month olds can drain ya lol
